This policy explains how Halabi Studios ("we", "us", "the Studio") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with our services and the WATCH platform. It is written to reflect the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the data protection regimes of the DIFC and ADGM. Subject to final review by UAE-qualified counsel before public launch.
Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), booking and purchase records, and technical logs needed to run the site (IP address, user agent, session IDs).
How we use it
To provide the services you book, to invoice, to keep the platform running, and to improve our work. We don't sell or rent personal data.
Who we share with
Processors that run the service (payments, email, hosting) — only what they need to do their job. No ad networks.
Retention
We keep booking and transaction records as required by UAE commercial and tax law. Marketing contacts can be removed at any time on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion. Write to hello@halabistudios.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we'll notify account holders by email.
